You could assist them to the doctors, or do some grocery shopping for them or even tutor a kid if you can. You can also make these relationships with these Papas and start seeing them often and have a concrete schedule to see them! There's room to even grow within the company as long as you work hard. After a year I applied to work in a department within the company and got in. I highly recommend this company if you need something that's flexible, the pay is good, a great experience and you're making a difference in peoples lives.

There are only about 3 support people with the skill of critical thinking, the rest, typical emotion based people. We have no authority to actually help our clients. There is absolutely ZERO respect for the callers. They claim there is an appreciation but there sure is no respect.
It is a shame as the idea is so needed but how this company is going about implementing it is a MESS. I see too many inexperienced people at the helm. Mainly consists of all young people.
